1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days (paintings, smaller carpets); 3-7 business days (sofas, large carpets). Shipping: small items: 5-10 days; sofas/large carpets via freight: 7-20 business days. You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Sofas and large carpets have separate freight charges. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. Do items require assembly?

Modern Sofas: Yes, require assembly (attaching legs, back cushions, or sections). Instructions included. Often requires two people.
Carpets: No assembly – just unroll.
Decorative Paintings: No assembly; some may require hanging hardware (included).

5. What types of modern sofas do you offer?
We offer sectionals, sleeper sofas, reclining sofas, and standard sofas – in fabric, leather, and faux leather. Meets California TB 117-2013 flammability standards.

6. What types of carpets do you offer?
We offer area rugs in wool, synthetic (polyester, polypropylene), cotton, jute, and outdoor materials. Sizes: 2'x3' to 9'x12' and runners. Complies with 16 CFR Part 1630 (flammability).

7. What types of decorative paintings do you offer?
We offer canvas prints, framed prints, metal prints, and textured art – in various styles (abstract, minimalist, landscape, etc.). Ready to hang unless noted.

8. What is the weight capacity?

Sofas: 250-600 lbs per seat (check product specs).
Carpets/Paintings: N/A.

9. How do I care for my modern sofa?

Vacuum regularly with upholstery attachment.
Spot clean with mild detergent and damp cloth; blot – do not rub.
Professional cleaning recommended annually.
Keep away from direct sunlight.

10. How do I care for my carpet?

Vacuum regularly (without beater bar for delicate rugs).
Blot spills immediately – do not rub.
Professional cleaning recommended every 12-18 months.
Use a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping.

11. How do I care for my decorative painting?

Dust gently with soft, dry cloth or soft brush.
Avoid moisture, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals.
For framed paintings, clean glass with glass cleaner on soft cloth (not directly on art).
