Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of these products (furniture, textiles, artwork), please review this policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, tags, and accessories intact. Carpets must be rolled (not folded). Decorative paintings must be in original protective packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items: Modern sofas that have been assembled or used; carpets that have been unrolled, walked on, or show signs of dirt; decorative paintings that have been hung or show signs of wear.

  • Custom or made-to-order items: Cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.

Return Process & Fees

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging. Sofas must be disassembled; carpets rolled; paintings wrapped.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For large items (sofas, large carpets), costs can be significant. We recommend trackable, insured freight service.

  4. A 15-20% restocking fee may apply for sofas and large carpets.

  5. Refund issued within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing Parts
If your sofa arrives missing hardware or parts, contact us within 7 days. We'll ship missing parts free of charge.

Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and natural variations (fabric dye lots, wood grain, carpet fibers, handmade art), actual colors and textures may vary slightly. These minor variations are not considered defects.
